Jessica Myszak, Ph.D.
Jessica Myszak is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing since 2010. Her primary area of practice has been with children, adolescents, and families with a focus on developmental disabilities. Originally from the Chicago area, she received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Georgia and her M.S. and Ph.D. in school psychology from Indiana University, where she specialized in social skills and autism spectrum disorder. She completed her internship and post-doctorate fellowship with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center / Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities, where she gained further experience with children with developmental disabilities (autism, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual disabilities) and emotional problems.
Dr. Myszak takes an integrated approach to treatment, using cognitive and behavioral techniques along with skills from Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based therapy for children with behavior problems.
