Permanent Parenting Plan

A legal document required by the State of Tennessee in all divorces involving minor children that is signed by the parties, the attorneys and the judge or chancellor assigned to the case. This document sets forth the parties’ agreement regarding the care and custody of the minor children, including all financial issues regarding support and maintenance for the minor children. This document is signed by the judge and is an order of the court separate and apart from the Final Decree of Divorce, although it is referenced in the Final Decree of Divorce.
